Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have 12 months of Construction Laborer experience. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds; standing and walking for up to 7 hours during a 7-hour workday, with normal breaks; and frequently bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to use a tape measure to the nearest 1/8 inch; identify common construction materials and hand tools; follow verbal and written safety and work instructions; recognize common PPE requirements; and read simple construction drawings limited to dimensions, labels, room or area identification, and basic plan symbols needed for assigned laborer tasks.
